How do we reach our potential without losing our peace?

In over a decade of working as a health professional I’ve seen one thing challenge people’s health more than anything else. Stress.

Unfortunately, I’ve seen how the fitness industry can add to this stress. It should be a practice that builds resilience to it.

My own journey has had periods of grinding for better performance or avoiding discomfort in the pursuit of health. A teeter-totter of one vs. the other. Neither felt good in the end.

The goal of relaxed performance is a practice of balancing health and hard work. Doing well and feeling well. Creating a personal practice to train the body and mind to have a healthy relationship to stress.
