Zone 2 Sessions
Zone 2 training is a type of cardiovascular exercise. The aim is that it is done at a conversational pace. There is so much benefit to this type of training and there is so much benefit to dialogue. That’s why I started offering these zone 2 sessions. It’s a discounted rate compared to my regular coaching, but here’s the catch- I will be doing zone 2 with you. No camera, just audio.
This is a chance to access my coaching at a cheaper rate while still benefitting from some zone 2 work for yourself.
